1. WHO IS THE CONFERENCE INTENDED FOR?
The scientific program of the forum is suitable for both medical specialists and postgraduates, doctoral students, pharmacists, healthcare professionals and students of medicine and pharmacy with an interest in the field.
2. I WANT TO PARTICIPATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
To participate as a delegate to the event, you must first register. You can do this by filling out the online form or by writing to us at conference@basgo2025.com, including the following data:
- Name and surname
- Date of arrival and departure
- Whether you wish to attend the gala dinner (surcharge 120 BGN)

After sending the data, you must transfer the corresponding amount to the following bank account:

3. WHAT DO I GET WITH REGISTRATION?
Each participant who has successfully registered and paid the registration fee receives a delegate badge and has access to:
All scientific sessions;
Company exhibition
Coffee breaks
Lunch (according to the event program)
Cocktail (according to the event program)
REGISTRATION FEES (VAT included)
EARLY REGISTRATION – until April 30, 2025 incl.:
- Physician: 200 BGN with VAT
- Residency: 150 BGN with VAT
- Nurse: 100 BGN with VAT
REGULAR REGISTRATION – From May 1 to May 7, 2025 incl.:
- Physician: 250 BGN with VAT
- Residency: 200 BGN with VAT
Nurse: 150 BGN with VAT
REGISTRATION ON-SITE (if available) - From May 8, 2025:
- Doctor: 300 BGN with VAT
Residency: 250 BGN with VAT
Nurse: 200 BGN with VAT
STUDENTS
Medical students will be admitted to the scientific part of the conference free of charge upon presentation of a student ID card at the registration desk.
4. ACCOMMODATION?
For participants who wish to stay, we offer suitable hotels at preferential prices with the relevant links leading to them. For this purpose, you should visit the "Accommodation" section.

5. RESTRICTIONS
5.1. Accompanying Persons
The event is intended for medical professionals only. Persons without medical education will not be admitted to the scientific and exhibition part of the conference.
5.2. Social and entertainment program
This scientific conference does NOT include any form of social and/or entertainment program.

7. Invoices
Invoices can be issued NO LATER than 5 days after the event. After this period, invoices cannot be issued.
